I've heard those tacos are pretty good, but you have to watch out for teams of brightly clad youngsters who will mob you, make you listen to MGMT and steal your taco. They don't cheese with you being in their neighborhood.
Thank you for this. Being one of those brightly clad youngsters, who lives not too far from the neighborhood, I can't wait to hop over and try some of these tacos.
Perhaps my favorite thing about this truck, next to the rather decent food, is the truck's logo, styled after Black Flag's four bar by filling in the bars with a waving Mexican flag.
Check out La Superior on South 2nd & Berry St! http://lasuperiornyc.com
they are ok pretty inconsistent though...the taco truck in the back of union pool get my vote for best burg tacos.
@ j... pretty inconsistent, then we must revolt and demand consistency! maybe they should hire me as quality control manager! As for Union Pool tacos (aka Tacos El Diablo), the times I've been there I haven't been able to sample a taco!!
